Recently, I get an email that someone wants me to clarify my problem. However, he is wrong and I don't know how to tell him about this.
So, I want to ask if Brilliant.org can allow me to reply him, by giving me his email so we can have a private conversation. If he wants to remain anonymous (for some reason I don't know why), brilliant.org can send my explanations for me. Is this possible?

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

Comments
The best way would be to write up a solution which explains how to approach a problem. This way, he can review your solution and comment on it if he still disagrees.
Some clarifications are submitted because people misunderstand what you are trying to say. You should check that your phrasing doesn't allow for different interpretations, especially that which is stated in the clarification.

I don't know, but the problem that he wanted me to clarify is a problem taken from a popular problem-solving book and it already has a solution submitted. If he review the solution he will know how to solve it. May I know why my suggestion cannot be taken?
You can tell him that he is wrong right here and not why he is wrong as that would be considered a help !!
There is no such thing as non-anonymous clarifications.
