I just wanted to know that what will the best way to learn Computer Science from the scratch, that is from exactly zero knowledge.

For testing out your coding skills you can use the other 2 sites . But BEWARE , Top coder is only for the excellent ones. If you go there right now , you'll be demoralized (like me when I first visited there) .
