How's this possible ???

as you can see in the picture i by mistake typed 7 two times and it again took it as a answer and marked the question incorrect. But earlier when i my by mistake typed the same answer again it would warn me. But now i have lost my chance to answer this is not fair !! HELP PLEASE !!

Currently If you try to enter the same answer two tries in a row, we give you a warning that prevents that mistake. If you use the same answer on your first and your third try, it is currently not set up to provide a warning. We will consider implementing one.
