For all of our Brilliant people - there are now two discussions over in competitions about Hunger Games. One is about what happens next and one is all about strategy.
This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science
related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should
explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments
should further the discussion of math and science.
When posting on Brilliant:
Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

This will not be allowed. Part of the game was deciding to either
a) anticipate the strategies of the population and adjust
b) design a learning algorithm that just tries different strategies and see how it does.
Knowing other players strategies (if they post them in the discussion) would be in essence a separate game.

Oh I got the pun, whether intentional or not. Aftermath. After. Math.
...I think i'm punny.
My code contains a link to my website: www.kelvinsantos.com There is a good explanation of what my algorithm does there.
Will it be considered?

as I recall from your code, there was a good explanation in code as well.

Sure, just want to make sure extra info is available if needed - especially if my code stand out
Now that submissions are closed is it possible to reveal the game ending rules? What is "small probability after a large number of rounds"?
My team submitted our beta algo by mistake. May we resubmit w/ our completed work? Beta has data management probs so its just broken.

I too would like to be able to change my code after a large part of the community has posted their strategies
