I have been experiencing this problem since a few days now. I cannot access Brilliant most of the time.
When I try to load Brilliant.org on Chrome, it keeps loading forever, and at the end, it shows the following :

This is really very very frustrating. I literally bang my computer. I can load any other website, almost instantly, except Brilliant! I get lucky (sometimes) to find the website loading properly.
It is as if there are certain windows of time where it loads properly. Even for this note, I kept looking for a window of opportunity to post it.
I request the staff to suggest some remedies for this issue (a very frustrating issue). I dont think it is a problem with my internet, since I already mentioned that I can access every other website properly.

Even when I can access Brilliant, it loads in the most non-intriguing way!

This also happens to me. I just reload the page and that always works.
That actually happens when sometimes it loads in the HTML version. Reloading would help.

I've tried reloading, Shreya. That was the first thing I tried when I encountered this problem. Reloading doesn't help at all.
I am not sure, but this kind of thing happened to me a while ago , but i realized it happened not just on brilliant, but also to other .org websites,(for example wikipedia), if that is the case then you have a problem with your ISP.
Just to be sure try opening them with web proxy sites, that allow you to surf anonymously.

There are instructions on how to surf anonymously, and some other suggestions here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/113910?hl=en
By any chance have you tried opening Brilliant in another browser (Firefox, Safari, IE, or other)?
Hey @Anish Puthuraya —we are looking into this problem, but it is hard to track down because we cannot reproduce the slowness or errors here.
To help us out, can you try going directly to https://brilliant.org (instead of simply brilliant.org) and see if that changes fixes the problem?
I see a lot of people have upvoted your comment—can you all do the same? We are looking for any more clues to figure out why the site is slow for some people.
Hey Anish....I couldn't help noticing....Is that the iitianspace.com site open in the adjacent tab...if yes ...are u a PACE student??

Any updates about this issue? Has the situation gotten better/worse/not changed? Any new clues for us to follow up on?

It still happens sometimes. But, I think its much better now. I can access the site much more frequently without these issues.
Im starting to think that the problem is with my PC.

Is it better or worse when you are clicking on a link in an email than when you are trying to go to Brilliant.org directly?
