I keep getting an error when i tried answering the questions. Hmmmm

When I try to submit theanswer I get an error message. When I try clicking on email us link, I also get an error code! How do I fix this?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see? When you say "email us link", do you mean "report"? This will help us debug this issue.
