I need someone to approve this idea!

Sometimes, even the creator, which is me in this case, can't solve one's own problems. So I will post my problems here, we will discuss the answers to the problem. And when the answer is revealed, I will quickly delete this discussion and post the problem for everyone to solve.

The problem for this time is:

We have assemblies every Monday at the schoolyard. And it is boring, but because there mustn't be anything from the principle that is left out so I have to pay attention to every word she says. I usually look down to the ground. There are tiles laid down the ground. I imagine there is a city, a miniature one, with the population filled with ants. (I kill them at the end anyway. I have a lot of regrets after doing that.) The tile looks like the figure below.

What is the minimum amount of 90-degree turns that have to be made for one to go through all of the roadways in the map above?
