I want to make at least 7 decent problems by the end of the month. Can anyone help me??!!

Take a look at the Number Theory Skill Map, find a particular skill / wiki article that you find interesting and get started from there!

Here are some possibilities

Find an interesting problem that you like, and change some of the values. Can you make a similar problem?
Start drawing some diagrams and see where that goes. Can you get a geometry problem? What about an algebra problem?
What is your favorite theorem? Can you come up with a question that uses it?
What problem were you stuck on last month? What made it hard for you?
