[IChOO/IPhOO] World Cup Changes

Hello everyone! A couple of changes have been to the world cups.

In terms of IChOO, the deadline has been extended by 24 hours due to popular request. A new countdown timer can be found here. Good luck, and don't forget to submit this time!

In terms of IPhOO, the problem PDF has been released on our website and you will have three weeks to work on the problems, not two. The reason for this is that it was pointed out to us that the first two weeks of the World Cup clash with olympiads like the IMO and IPhO. Three weeks should be plenty; enjoy!
