hi, me for example, I finished all the week's challenges in geometry/combinatorics, and I have been immediately leveled up, but in algebra, I still need 1 exercice but I was not leveled up

The leveling is dependent on the difficulty of the problems that you have completed over the past 2 problem sets that you have done in the topic. If you are able to complete all 16, you will definitely be leveled up. You generally need to complete at least 13-14 (out of 16) problems in order to level up.

and how did u assign us the level when we started with brilliant? That was just by solving some questions.Do u think that it determines our correct level ? coz for me, the level assigned to me for physics was a higher level than my apt level

@Akbarali We base the initial assigned level off of your performance on the diagnostic quiz. Note that since the diagnostic is often done extremely quickly. while the problem sets have a time span of a week, we'd often 'bump' you up slightly.

The level adapts pretty quickly according to your ability to approach the problems.
