This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Well I am in 11th too :P . But from My experiences, I would like to suggest some books that u must go through very thoroughly, in order to get a decent rank in JEE.

PhysicsPhysics:-

1) Firstly, stick to your classes notes. They guide you best. 2) Complete DC Pandey "Understanding Physics" series hand in hand with your daily syllabus. It contain Vey good ques alongwith explanations. 3) To get further Good ranks, Try Problems in Physics"- By I.E.Irodov 4) (Suggested Just for Mechanics) H.C.Verma's book

ChemistryChemistry

1) Class notes, as usual. 2) The book I liked the best for chem, with much challenging ques and great explanations, are the books by Ranjit Shahi. Those are 3 BIG Books. Physical,Organic,Inorganic Chemistry. Go through them too

For maths, I never refer anything. Just the notes. Above all, the determination and mental strength, and u will come out with flying colours. :D
