When I share my special invitation link to a friend, that webpage says that I invited them and that I get new problems when they create an account. I don't particularly like this, as it seems that I invite them to get new problems, rather than to share this amazing website. For this reason, whenever I think someone would like this website, I send them to the homepage, rather than my invitation page.
I would suggest that we have an option to send friends a link to the home page, while the site still tracks the user that invited them, so we still get awarded new problems.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

Thanks for the insight Tim,
We will consider overhauling the invite system to make it feel more like a recommendation to a website than a plea for problems.
