Is it a Bug?

I just noticed something weird with the 'Save to Set' option which we see in the problems' sidebar. I have about 5 or 6 sets, and I wanted to save it (the problem) in the last one, but I simply couldn't do it. I could tick any set but the last one. I think its a bug. Please look into it. Thanks.

Hopefully this helps. The first image is with my pointer over the Games set, and the second is with my pointer over the Goats and Sheep set. You can see that the last set won't have the box highlighted in blue, and clicking won't check the box. I've had this problem for a while and always feel like I have to make another set to fix the problem.
