Joining competitions on Brilliant

On my Challenges page, there is a link which shows about joining competition on Brilliant for Team: D.A.V. Public School and League: None.Though I don't know much about it but on clicking on the links 404 page is displayed saying it is undefined. Can anyone tell me what is this all about ?

Till yesterday(23.6.13) it was not there. But today I saw it on my page. Can anyone help me understand this or is it a erroneous feature unnoticed ?
