Just want to have an idea about ...

11 \bullet How many persons have their Login_id on Brilliant at present ?

22\bullet How many of the total users are generally active on Brilliant ?

33\bullet How many of the total users have Level-5 in Mathematics (every branch i.e. Combinatorics, Number Theory, Geometry, Algebra, and Calculus).

44\bullet Which country has maximum number of users on Brilliant ? (I think : India)

55\bullet Up to the day, Brilliant has stood as a Boon for how many persons in the whole world ?

66\bullet When was Brilliant established officially ?

77\bullet Which age group contributes the maximum part of the users on Brilliant ?

For everyone : Don't hesitate in answering any of the above questions that you know , or have an idea about.

Thanks a lot !

  Easy Math Editor

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Hi Azhaghu, good question! We had a beta version up and running for a few weeks in the summer of 2012, and then we took the site down for a while to work on making it much better. We consider October 28, 2012 to be our official launch date.

Brilliant has really been like a boon to me. Until I started solving problems on Brilliant, I used to be weakest in Maths(during 11th). Gradually it has become my strongest subject and now I look forward to solving Maths. I would like to thank the Brilliant community for posting such nice questions. It has been a truly wonderful experience here.

@Siddhartha Srivastava Oops! You got me . Thanks for the catch. Btw , what's your opinion on this question ?

A Former Brilliant Member - 6 years, 2 months ago

@A Former Brilliant Member Depends on how large a group you want. Otherwise, you could just say (0200) (0 - 200) age group. Though 13-18 sounds correct.

@Siddhartha Srivastava Thought so too . I started with Skeptical Patriot . I liked the plot , so i have saved it for reading after JEE mains .
