Mass as a container of energy

I kept on thinking all night about a mysterious fact, quite unnoticed, mass. And an Idea clicked many days ago...

How'bout thinking like this... Mass can be a container of energy... can it? It fits into einstein's theory of relativity. So, from this perspective, every massive object has its own energy limit. It can't be increased further.
