Monadic Party was an week long summer school about Functional Programming, which is a programming paradigm with strong mathematical foundations. There were lectures about both theoretical foundations and practical applications of Functional Programming.
The programme was organized in Poznan, Poland by Ewa Kruzynska and Michal Kawalec. There were software developers, mathematicians, academicians interested in functional programming who spoke in the conference. I was able to attend, thanks to generous scholarships by X-Team.
The best part is that if you have missed the monadic party, you can still watch the talks on the Monadic Warsaw Channel!

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.
