Need more information

Hello Guys, I am entering 11th grade now. Can you suggest what all exams should I apply for being a 11th grader?

I know these: KVPY, NSEA , NSEP , RMO.

Are there more good examinations like these including subjects mainly Math,Physics,Chemistry and very little Biology, in which I can participate? Also suggest some important exams for 11th through which I can enter some special institutes. Please do suggest, your help is highly appreciated :)

Hi Nihar,hope your 10th board exams concluded well.

The above mentioned exams are all good,focus more on K.V.P.Y fellowship it will be a feather on your cap & if you are giving jee then its a must ( not a compulsion) if you do well in jee & if you are a K.V.P.Y fellow then you can easily get in ti IISC-B ( Par IITs bro ).

Also attempt international olympiad of Physics , Chemistry,Mathematics.And if you want to do specialization in maths to be specific prepare for C.M.I ( Chennai mathematical institute exam) or I.S.I ( Indian statistical institute)

Thank you very much Krishna! I nailed the 10th Boards. That's true KVPY is indeed very important and I am preparing for it. Thanks for suggesting C.M.I and I.S.I , I don't know about these :)

If you are interested in computers and coding do attempt Cyber Olympiad.Focus more on getting some good scholarships.Also attempt International olympiad of English ( if you are interested).

What book should I start reading if I want to crack the Nse's and RMO?

Why very little Bio? If you want, I do have resources for you to learn Bio (textbook, videos, etc.) and I can test your knowledge when you finish each unit.

Kvpy in class 11 is an easy exam if u know bio......focus on RMO where u get actual subjective paper testing your knowledge....u can also try NSEP & NSEC & NSEA but i don't like the exam patterns since they are MCQ based a pattern i hate.....But of course the next level INPHO,INAO&INCHO are lovely exams....All the best
