Sir,
I want to request you that please divide brilliant physics problems solving section under different categories such as Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, Waves and Thermodynamics. It would be very helpful. :)
This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science
related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should
explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments
should further the discussion of math and science.
When posting on Brilliant:
Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Hello all,
We will consider dividing them up. Similar requests to this have come up before. As I understand it , one of the biggest reasons for this is:
*Most people are not evenly experienced across branches of physics. E.g. maybe your current mechanics problems are too easy for you while your E&M ones are too hard.
Long term we aspire to offer a higher volume of physics problems and content. Right now we cannot produce more, but that won't last forever. It is our sense that breaking up the physics section only makes sense if we can offer more problems. It would be a lot of diagnostic quizes for you to get five different levels in five different topics only to get 1-2 problems a week in each one. When we are able to offer more physics problems each week we ill definitely split physics into more categories.
I would suggest that brilliant should give us the choice which topics we want to take up, and which we don't. Like i don't like Physics much, so instead if my physics questions would get converted into calculus problems ( which also has only 4 problems), so it would be much better. I know it would take time, but the faster, the better.

Yes that would be very useful

That's a fair & good suggestion.
we would like to have atleast 8 physics questions of variety of topics
GREAT IDEA WE NEED MORE VARIETY
More the topics, more the fun.
yes it would be helpful and also beneficial for us
I really agree!
that would be a good idea
at least optics and wave theory can be added 4 more questions!
thermodynamics has to be there
If what OP said is not possible, at least give us more problems for Physics. We get 28 problems for Math and only 4 for Physics. * I hate Math *.
