Not able to submit answer ???!!!

In this week's Number theory and Algebra question set,I am not able to submit my answer to the second question.When I'm putting the answer and clicking the 'submit' button,nothing is happening.It is showing "Problem record not found" on the top of the page.This has never happened before.Brilliant staff,please help.
