Not allowed to complete a level even after submitting the correct answer!

First of all, I am very grateful to Brilliant, and I have been solving a good deal of problems from this Website. They are good and challenging, but recently I have been facing this problem with one of the Practice levels.

I didn't know where else to put this.

Under Checkpoint 4, I am currently solving 'Systems of Linear Equations 1', and in that I have completed the first two levels. In the last level 'Word Problems', even after solving and giving the correct answer for a problem, I am not allowed to click 'Next' to enter the next problem. Instead there is a 'Home' button. See the snapshot attached for more clearance of my doubt.

Brilliant Staffs, Please help me out with this issue. Awaiting for a reply! Thank you!

And this is new one which I figured just now:

I AM NOT ABLE TO EVEN SOLVE PROBLEMS FROM HIGHER LEVELS...

i.e. after 'Systems of Linear Equations 1', the next level is 'Systems of Linear Equations 2'. Now when I click on SoLE2, it doesn't open, instead it reloads the same Practice page. Nothing happens. Please tell me what is wrong.

in order to access a set (checkpoints not included), you have to do things earlier in the tree.

What if you click on the icon "too easy" on the right hand side?

Snehal Shekatkar, it opens a new question page, and asks me to solve 10 questions to take new checkpoint.

But I do not want to go by this way. I want to solve step by step each problem, that's how I know where I lack my skills in Algebra. What could be the problem here?
