  Easy Math Editor

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Thanks for all of your efforts. It's amazing what a large community is able to help produce. These pages will provide a lot of help for those who are new to the concept, and those who need a friendly revision. This makes me so proud of the Brilliant community.

Thanks once again :)

@Anuj Shikarkhane make a separate wiki page... I know how to edit one :)

Happy Melodies - 6 years, 7 months ago

@Happy Melodies Firstly, you should click on the Community tab. Then you should click on"Post something". After that, 3 options will appear-problems,notes,wiki. So, according to your need, you should click on the wiki button to make a separate wiki page.

@Happy Melodies As Anuj mentioned, you can add a new wiki page in a similar way to posting a new problem/note.

(For reference) You can add to the wiki page directly by clicking on the wiki icon of the relevant skill in the map, which will bring you to the wiki page. If there is currently no writeup, then you will see a large green "Contribute an explanation" button. Otherwise, there is an "Edit this page" button in the top right, where you can add to existing writeups.
