(For reference) You can add to the wiki page directly by clicking on the wiki icon of the relevant skill in the map, which will bring you to the wiki page. If there is currently no writeup, then you will see a large green "Contribute an explanation" button. Otherwise, there is an "Edit this page" button in the top right, where you can add to existing writeups.
