Nuclear Fusion! the source of Unlimited Energy

A deutrium and a tritium nucleus fuse to produce a helium nucleus and neutron.The reaction produces 17.6MeV of energy.Now, in my views,helium obtained can be used to maintain the very high temperature to sustain the reaction.In this way the reaction should be stable and will produce infinite amount of energy like the sun and other stars.
