Partial Differential Equations

I'm trying to learn teach myself quantum theory so I need to learn a little about partial differential equations. What is the simplest way to get a basic introduction to this area? (Yes, I know it's basically impossible to teach yourself quantum theory and partial differential equations). Thanks.
