Personal site use information available in brilliant or brilliant 2?

I have been away from Brilliant for a while. I see that the site presentation and available features has changed. I assume that these changes are in an effort to encourage more people to spend the money and join Brilliant 2. I understand that in brilliant 2 I will be able to follow my personal statistics on problems attempted in detail.

What I would like to be able to do is return to started problem without knowing the name of the problem, or perhaps even much detail about it. I often take a quick look at a problem then just leave it thinking I may return to it and work out a solution when I have more time and have had a chance to consider the approach I may take. Is it possible to get brilliant to produce a list of my started problems, as was the case in earlier versions of this site? Is that capability available to brilliant 2 members?

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Comments

Darryl, we decided to remove the “started problems” feature because it had low usage but required a lot of resources to maintain.

B^2 members do see a problem breakdown of how their rating changes, which occurs when they submit a try to the problem. However, they are not shown all of the problems that they have looked at.

I cant see any recent to check anywhere on the site. The activity list in my profile lists only problems I have solved. There was a viewed or started problems list available in the past. If it is still available I cannot find it. I am not on Brilliant 2 would it be available on Brilliant 2?
