Physics is being ignored !!!!

Brilliant is doing many things in math but physics is being ignored. I would like brilliant to increase the number of problems in physics as there are only 4 in a week atleast it should become 8 or more. Also they should give problems from all topics each week. I love physics to the core and i want more of physics. Those who agree please vote up !!!

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Hi physicists,

We understand that you feel left out by the major problem expansions going on in the site. Know that we are planning to expand the physics offerings in the medium feature. When we do this we will have more easier physics problems offered in more topics to help you practice the basics to approach the harder questions.

Hope it will be soon introduced.I have learnt abundant of stuffs about maths from brilliant and I am very grateful about that.I hope I can also learn a lot of new stuff about physics from brilliant. Thanks in advance.

I support you

agreed. why don't they make problem sets in physics as they do in maths? like mechanics can be one topic. and electricity + magnetism the other. and then there is optics and modern physics. that would enrich our physics solving capabilities. the problems that come in physics are so hard. :( i can hardly solve 2 out of 4. i normally see 40 - 50 people who solve the 4th and 3rd one. they are like super tough problems. :( if we don't now our basics - then how can we do such problems? i can't even pick up my pen when i see such problems. . .

About basics, books exist for a reason, period.

I agree with the fact that only four problems a week for Physics are really less. Time to contribute a few. (:

I need too, learn more about "Physic"..

Andrias Meisyal - 8 years, 1 month ago

100% support by my side.... They should also think about giving qs from optics, calorimetry, thermodynamics, wave optics, modern physics, etc.

correct boss

I really wish that brilliant will include some other form of physics than the standard d=rt problems like they could include what Hemang said[electricity+magnetism, optics, modern physics, mechanics] :) that will be great BUT JUST NO FACEBOOK ON THIS ONE

Bob Yang - 8 years, 1 month ago

There are 4 ques and that too has mechanics optics and electricity where as maths has 2 different topics and that too 16 questions. I don't mean that maths question are more but simply physics question are less and not properly divided

Karan Kewalramani - 8 years, 1 month ago

And blog has also one topic only

Karan Kewalramani - 8 years, 1 month ago

I Agree with u

8 is too much, but 6 is good.
