Problem on ratings

I've encountered a problem on the new version of Brilliant. Whenever I solve a problem, my ratings don't increase at all. Can an admin please fix this issue and give me the points that I earned? Thanks in advance.

Comments

We are still testing out allowing members to set ratings for their own problems. There is an initial trial period in which answering the problem will not affect your rating, and will merely update the rating of the problem. This allows us to avoid major abuses, like an individual setting problems at level 5 (esp with clearly wrong answers) and answering it to increase their own rating. If you have been solving newly published problems, that would most likely be the reason.

Otherwise, can you be specific and let me know which problems (or topics) your ratings did not update? Almost all the problems reshared by the Best of account should affect your rating.

@Sam Thompson – As explained, those questions have not had sufficient attempts on them and are still in the initial trial period.
