Problem with brilliant page.

I have a problem with the brilliant page when I log in using chrome.The page is in the basic html format(if that's correct). It's not the usual colorful page. But it works fine with firefox.

Since I am not too much into these things, I have not been able to solve this. Kindly help. Thank you.
