Program a Priority Queue using pointers

Must accept input from the command line. (e.g., name and priority)

The functions Enqueue, Dequeue, and print all elements (Dequeue all) are necessary.

A priority queue is a queue where the priority is used to give certain elements a place in the front of other elements with lower priority.

Priority must be from 1 to 5 and equal priority is allowed for different elements.
