why there are some problems i can't make them as favourite??

You should be able to favorite any problem or note, could you paste a link to an example of a problem that you can't favorite?

like this problem and there are alot also i can't favourite them i don't know why

I lied Sherif :(

It turns out you cannot currently favorite or reshare the problems that existed prior to our switchover to this new rolling format. We will be changing that in order to make it more possible for our historical problems to resurface into present conversations.
