Reference for CBSE class 12

Suggest me some best reference books for CBSE class 12 board exams.Also I have a doubt whether to buy oswaal question banks or arihant question banks(exam ready series)?Which is the best?All of your answers are welcome.

hey bro me too gonna give my boards this year. i myself have bought Rohit Sample Paper books, i found it very good for all subjects, also the oswaal is good but it has less number of papers when compared.

yes you are right if u r a member of brilliant you dont need to worry but yeah its CBSE down the lane, der the practice from brilliant comes in use but for boards you need to learn and practice their techniques so its needed...

Harshvardhan mehta : You are absolutely right in both your comments dude.But my primary focus is too master boards if i do so then jee preparations would be a lot easier.Thanks for your support and i want it to prolong forever.

@Karrthik Ramanathan – hey d recommendations which i would make are :

(1) For Boards

(i) Physics : Your Textbook is exceptionally well prepared for it and has all types of problems.. p.s. if you do the additional exercises. and then you can do the sample papers. Its more than enough and yeah practice the derivations very nicely.

(ii) Chemistry : In this also refer textbook first and yeah i myself found the pradeep series extremely good. and the sample papers refers to all subs.

(iii) Maths : After textbook refer R.D Sharma if you have the courage.

(2) For JEE

First refer your classes material if you attending any

(i) Physics : H.C. Verma are the basic then go towards Resnick Halliday(i personally dont suggest u much of this although this is an exceptionally good book but too lengthy) or the D.C Pandey Series or I.E. Iridov. i have personally this to be very good books.

(ii) Chemistry : In this subject you would find loads and loads of books. I personally referred Paula Bruice (for Organic Chemistry) also Morrison and Boys is good for O.C.(i would say both are equally good and yoou refer any one of them) then for inorganic and numerical O.P. Tondon and J.D Lee are the best.

(iii) Mathematics : Again this section consists of the widest range of books. I have referred M.L. Khanna (and i would say this is the best thing ever which i could have done) then for algebra i have reffered "Algebra" by Dr. SK Goyal publisher Arihant. and i even tries Differential Calculas and Integral Calculus (two separate books) by "Amit M Agarwal" again Arihant Publications... and yeah anytime out Brilliant is the best of all...

and after all this just in case you would still be alive i would suggest you get a book from market on past 33 to 40 years questions from JEE.. it helps....

and yeah last but not the least if you do all i mentioned above, I see no point you wont be an IITian in the coming future.. remember more than 15 lakh students apply each year.. and ppl say the real competition is in only 1 lakh students but i say its within and with you... personally i believe and say dont look after others just say to yourself that you will achieve more marks than the last time you did(p.s. just keep giving tests even if you are not completed with the syllabus) and yeah set a target say 300 and try and achieve it... just if you believe wat i said...
