report a problem

Heyyy!!!! can any1 help me .how to report a problem??? I could do it earlier before the update. Now, it says click on link at gmail .I did not receive any mail!?!!!? Now I want to report SerieOUSLY 5.0 by vatsalya tandon. I want to join dispute!!!???!!! Help!!!
