Is this even in your priority list? I have often seen discussions going on which doesn't follow general guidelines and rules of the discussion board. I wish to report them but unfortunately, no such feature exist (unless I have missed it). Also, Brilliant staff should include a few more moderators living in different timezones. I understand that it is not possible for the Brilliant staff to act swiftly because of the timezone problem so I suggest you to include more people (or moderators) in your staff.
Easy Math Editor
This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

Comments
Pranav,
It is actually relatively high in our priority list. We will begin implementing a system of user-moderators in the coming weeks as well as a system for flagging for removal. It might happen in some shape or form even sooner.

That's great to hear. I hope to see it soon.
I agree. Some discussions give answers to brilliant problems and are not shut down for hours, when hundreds of people can see them.
I suggest banning or suspending any members who violate Brilliant.org rules.
right
i support...pranav
the flagging system will be good enough i think... rite now we are having a vote down option....but seriously i think there is a need of reporting option....some posts and comment are just the useless ones.......without any sense.........but i think this will also...increase problem for a genuine doubt asker....whose posts will be flagged by mischievous users....lets see....what staff says...:)
I don't think that this contributes to the brilliant discussions. you hypocrits are the ones ruiing my maths enjoyment on this site. I suggest that you should be banned

This post violates none of our rules and guidelines. It is in some way relevant to most people on Brilliant. It is sincerely motivated and well articulated. We ban people only for flagrantly disrespecting the community and repeatedly ignoring the rules.
Explain to me again how this is hypocritical.
I agree with Carlos, this post is so hypocritical, and people can post what they like.

The problem with posting what you like is that some people can be rude, irrelevant or just plain nasty to other people so I think a report button would be useful. Views should be heard but only if it addresses the problem, not other people.
