Solution submission limit

It seems as though there is a solution submission limit of 50. A little while ago, the first problem in level 5 Number Theory and Algebra had 50 solutions, then some others submitted a solution, but it's still 50. Because of this, my solution seems to be knocked off, together with some others, as I wasn't the first one to submit a solution.
