Brillaint has helped my problem solving tenfold. I can now solve problems that I had no idea of solving before. However, every week there are always one or two problems that stump me, and I have idea how to do them. When I look at user submitted solutions, I have no idea what they are talking about, and get confused even more.
I think that the challenge masters should post their own solution(s) to their problem, one that shows ALL of the steps, for people who can't visualize the whole problem. Some solutions are very well written, but some I feel like that the solutions skip a lot of steps, and that leads to more questions and confusion.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.
