I got the same.
I think it has considered zero to be a +ve integer as well. That way the answer would be 43.
But considering zero is neither +ve nor -ve, the correct answer should definitely be 41.
Tried it, and got 41. So maybe it's a mistake and someone accidentally put 43 instead of 41?

If we consider 0 then it comes to be 43 but in other case we have 42+41+4+2+1.
