This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Comments

First of all, welcome to Brilliant!

So, can you please elaborate why are you bored?

There's a lot of interesting and exciting stuff here on this website that you may take a look at. For example - if you wish to learn something new you can read a wiki about it, just use the search box to search for your desired content. If you like to solve problems then you can visit the community tab and find a whole lot of new and interesting problems for you to try. No worries even if you are preparing for some examination (like SAT) or maybe if you are trying to improve your skills in a particular topic, just visit the home tab and there you will definitely find your desired options. Also, if you aren't very sure of how to proceed, you can always take a look at March Newsletter to know what's trending these days on Brilliant.org.

Also if you have any kind of doubts feel free to ask (just add a note about it) and surely you'll get a reply by Sir @Calvin Lin or any of the Brilliant members in a a short time.

Thanks,

Kishlaya Jaiswal.
