Stuck at 3s and 4s

Hello, Brilliant.org community. I am stuck at level 4s and 3s in almost every topic, and it's frustrating. Want to level up to 5s. Kindly someone suggest me some good sets of varied topics and difficulty level of about 4 to 5. And kindly post some questions in Biology and Chemistry sections as well so that I can unlock ratings there.
