Two small identical ball lying on a horizontal plane are connected by an ideal spring. One ball is fixed at a point O and the other is free. The ball are given equal charge as a result of which the spring length increases two fold(of its natural length). Determine the ratio of final frequency to initial frequency of the given system due to charging of balls.
