This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.

I know this isn't related but I realised it right now. It must be Saturday around 1 am there and so you are working at 1 am on your weekend. I really appreciate your commitment and I believe I speak on behalf of all the users. Great job, hats off!

I'm curious. How were these screenshots taken? There seem to be mistakes in them. For example, the Catalan number post was made by Eddie The Head, not Eddie Head.

Yes but even if your device isn't compatible it won't show up in the search. I went through all the 250 odd apps but didn't find it. When I follow the link, it says my device is incompatible with this version. Does anybody else have the same problem?

@Silas Hundt – Well, I'm way outdated. I just checked and it isn't compatible with my Froyo 2.2 Sidekick 4G. Should've upgraded to a Nexus 5...

But otherwise, it looks beautiful; I better get started posting some new problems and notes for the people that are coming! :)

I have 4.3. I guess it will only run on Android 4+. But don't worry; Brilliant is working on it to make to available till version 3.

Nice app but there are several wicknesses, when i click explore then topics or who to follow button. It's go directly to browser. is it bug? O then when i searching something it's not work :P.

What do you use to log in with a browser? With your Facebook account or email address?

Hi @Tahsin Ahmed —v1.0.1 of the Brilliant app is in the Google Play Store—we added Google login back, so you can login with your Google account.
