I don't know why,but when I wanted to upgrade with Brilliant2 ,there's this problem I faced.I have a photo attached about what's the problem?

Hi, I have the same problem. My card was declined when I applied for a premium subscription. I really want to be able to subscribe within the next hour, before the discount offer ends. What can I do to fix this?
I just tried paying for a subscription using my dad's credit but it was declined 4 times. He called the credit card company (Chase) and they had no record of it. In their words: "It is not us". Can I pay using PayPal instead? Any ideas? Thanks, Lucas
Hi Vaibhav - I am sorry to hear that your card was declined. Usually, this means that your bank's automated system has decided that the charge looks suspicious, and has decided to decline it. It's possible that this is happening because we are a company based in the United States, and you typically only make purchases in India with that card. The way to resolve this issue is 1) ask your bank to accept future charges to Brilliant, or 2) try a different card.
Please feel free to email me with questions if you try either of the above and continue to have trouble. We are also working on adding more payment options for India that are more compatible with the Indian banking system, but it may take a month or two for us to implement it.
I already tried another card.I actually did only one payment with it.That card was also declined.

Hello! This exact same problem is currently happening to me. I tried using a bank account that I previously used to subscribe to Brilliant (but then discontinued) and many other services based in the US, and I kept receiving this same decline message.
It appears that the cause above doesn't apply to my situation, and I would like to resume my Premium subscription to Brilliant.
What do you suggest I do?
It's been quite long since this issue has been brought up. There still isn't a way around it.
Please tie up for other platforms like BillDesk, so that users from India can also subscribe to Brilliant squared.

I have payed with this card in coursera and some other foreing countries without any problems.

Hi, I'm having the same problem with my card and it has never been declined before. I checked with my bank and they said everything is good on their end and the card should go through. Can you please help me out?

Please someone check my account and give instructions on how to renew my premium subscription. It ran out but I can't renew it using a similar credit card. I was in the middle of some courses and it's frustrating to stop in the middle with no way of continuing.
Getting the same error even today, 7th May 2021. Trying from India using my AMEX card. Spoke to the Card issuer, they said the transaction did not even reach AMEX. Must be a problem with the payment gateway stripe.

As on 28th March 2020, cards from India are still not working. Please activate.

Same here, using two different cards that I've already used while buying on the Internet.

Can't buy the payment was rejected from Bangladesh why is that happening?
