The last note that I posted was focused on Graphene and just the basic knowledge of what it was. After a few weeks of just thinking of ways to use and create Graphene, I am left with a question; Is is possible to create a Thermoplastic infused with Graphene?
I ask this because one thing that would be very effective in the advancement of basically every appliance(for the consumers instead of just large companies and Governments with a lot of money) we have today would be to make Graphene usable with a 3D printer. Using a 3D printer to print a form of Graphene infused thermoplastic would not only make the objects that we create more durable but also more versatile, and a lot more Eco-friendly.
There are a lot of different types of thermoplastics currently in the world today, and they are all based on organic chemical structures(Carbon based). So with that, is there a possibility of the creation of a Graphene?
I would like to hear some responses from the community :p
*The material used in 3D printers are thermoplastics or thermosoftening plastics. Click Here for more information.
