Radiations can heat up objects but in this case there is nothing to get heated.
If you provide heat through radiations into a vacuum , it will not affect the vaccum, but if you put a thermometer there it will show some reading but that is not the temperature of vaccum.
I am not objecting that vaccum can not contain energy but temperature, nah 😔
In a nutshell, Heat (precisely, heat energy), as we all know, is a very common physical quantity, whereas temperature is a measure of this heat energy! =)

Heat is a form of energy, while temperature is not. Temperature is a physical quantity which determines the degree of hotness or coldness of a body.

Vibrational kinetic energy of molecules in a body gives the temperature, more energy ⇒ more temperature.
And flow of that energy is heat.

But as you said and I too read about it, bigbag added some background energy to universe and a temperature of 3° above absolute zero.
Above two statements contradict.
So not possible to create such a vacuum.

Temperature of an isolated system can be defined, will it give us the measure of heat energy content in the system??
