[to STAFF] PLEASE HELP

I am not able to view questions except the first question of every set, when I try to move on to another problem, the hand symbol doesn't come and it's replaced by a cursor instead and so I can't click to view other questions. Staff, please look into my matter.

My operating system is Windows 7 and browser is Google Chrome.
