There are two barber shop in a small town – one located in the eastern market and the other on the northern market. The shop in the eastern market is quite untidy and the barber has a shabby haircut. While the shop in the northern market is quite neat and clean and the barber is sporting an excellent haircut himself.

If the northern market barber has a good haircut it's because someone else did it, as he can't cut his hair by himself. This means that the good haircut was made by the eastern market barber, and for the same reason the bad haircut was made by the northern barber. This means that the eastern market barber is better than the northern market one.
