Turkey Sandwich -HTML coding (python

Really when you think about HTML coding, it's not tricky, it's the computer doing it's work and HTML coding is Python coding. Let's say you want to make you own coding and create a website from it. You'll see other people's codes and see a lot of (d-6n="talk"-j=kj8) but it's not as weird as it seems. Let's say you want to let your people know that you ate a turkey sandwich this morning. Okay, then put a code in like this...

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <!-- HTML Codes by Quackit.com --> <title> Coding</title> <meta name="keywords" content="Coding, HTML, meta, data, python, "> <meta name="description" content="Find out all about HTML coding"> <style type="text/css"> body {background-color:ffffff;background-image:url(http://);background-repeat:no-repeat;background-position:top left;background-attachment:fixed;} h2{font-family:Times;color:000000;background-color:0066FF;} p {font-family:Cursive;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;color:000000;} </style> </head> <body> <h2>Turkey Sandwich</h2> <p>I ate a turkey sandwich this morning</p> </body> </html>

Now that looks hard... You don't need all of that... simplify it and make it easier. You really don't need all that coding to write. Have fun! Copy and paste this code into a HTML generator and find out what this code looks like yourself!!

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.
