all longitude have different time and longitude passing through a place determines the time of the place but at the poles all the lines of longitude meet each other so what is the time
exactly at the poles?????

Well, how is time measured in outer space where there are no longitudes? There is just as much a passing of time (if any, depending on your definition) in a spaceship than there is on Earth. The universal time is the same as everywhere else. So if you are asking for a relative time as compared to other hours on other parts of Earth's surface, then you should email some Antarctic scientists. Or you could debate that there is no time in Antarctica just because of the human definitions placed on longitudes, but that probably won't prove too successful because of obvious observations.
As you may know, during the summer in the poles, the sun never sets, and in winter the sun never rises. I believe that expeditionary groups use the time zone of the country they come from when they are at the poles for purposes of routine and communication with their colleagues.
latitude and longitude are human made assumption , but einstein theory convey that space and time are combined . and time is different at different place different frame . and gravitational force can bend time so if you think what is time at pole , it is affected by the environment at this place , so how the gravitational force can increased? by increasing mass so, there are large mountain in poles so time is effected by their gravitational field but their affect is very very low which can not be detected, its angular velocity also affect it. time is illusion made by human or real it is still a big mystery ? but my view is that time is real
There isn't a direct mapping between longitude and time zone borders. For the most part, time zones follow longitude, but they are entirely controlled by political bodies. Look at any time zone map of the world to confirm this. The answer to your question isn't going to be found with math or physics, it will be found with politics and history.
poles are the point of origination of the longitudes.... the longitudes emerges out from a particular pole and ends up at the other...so it may be that an unusual trend is followed by the 4th dimension,i.e. time at that place..... that means at the particular apex of the pole, the time follows a rotational motion, just like a fan... so its a bit of confusing stuff but may produce a good harvest to the scientists at producing time machines or revealing some 4th dimensional concealed secrets.....

hmm. we know that lines intersect at points so all these imaginary lines(latitude and longitude) will also meet at a point. Now we know that the dimension of a point is null it is without any quantities. Now on earth which is a 3 d space we cannot find a 0 d space as we our self are 3 d in nature
there 2 definition of time because English phrases are limited.
first, the time of the day. we can see it on our clock (the things that help human recognize what time of the day is it). the time of the day is limited up to 12 then repeated again and again to form multiplication of 12. that is human standardization to cheat how to measure time. it called a unit of measurement. 12 is one unit.
second, the real time. we can calculate it by second, minute, hour, day, week, month, etc. differ from time of the day, these are 1 second is one unit, 1 minute is one unit, etc.
the real time always count. but time of the day on the poles of the earth is up to you, because that is the center point of circle like you divide anything with zero, what is the result? for this problem, the result is unlimited or we can say "up to you".
if you still can't imagine what I say. try to find anything that has shape of circle, then rotate it.
if you don't believe what I say. I believe 0 not yet present in our world, our universe. so, not yet possible to stand on the exact pole of the earth. so, we not yet able to say "up to you" for this problem.
there are 2 answers.
"up to you" if you use measurement.
"not yet present" if you don't use measurement (exact happen).
I think it is the longitudes and not the latitudes which determine time of a place. It is the meridians of longitude which meet at the poles, not the parallels of latitudes.

Interesting question. This is related to the Hairy Ball Theorem.

How about Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)?
As you may know, during the summer in the poles, the sun never sets, and in winter the sun never rises. I believe that expeditionary groups use the time zone of the country they come from when they are at the poles for purposes of routine and communication with their colleagues.
Ricky E. ur answer is related to whole Antarctica but i m asking the time exactly at the poles

IT CAN BE DEFINED BY REGION OF CONVERGENCE OF SPACE AND STATE AT THE PLACE OF THE EARTH!!!!
the time may be of 1st station set up
is that interesting? on what point?

it has all the time in the world ;)
