I assumed that the centrifugal force is not the same on every piece connection, right?
Which link the force reached the maximum?
That was my question.
The centrifugal force is given by Fc=Rmv2. So, as the distance of a particle from the center increases the centrifugal force acting on it decreases. Assuming that the the chain is symmetric the middle piece will receive the minimum force.
