This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science
related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should
explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments
should further the discussion of math and science.

Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

actually undefined is something not defined bt infinite is something having either a verly large value or very small value within someones reach ... e.g. for an atom infinite distance may be 1m but relative to us it is achievable i.e. infinite has a value (large or small) and is relative ..
The most correct is Undefined (Undefined or Unlimited) with the symbol 8 in the direction of 90 degrees. (instead of 8 in the direction of 180 dedrajat).
0 is the wrong answer, because the answer to 0 will only be obtained if one of the numerator (0 / n) is the number 0.
If the denominator is 0 (n / 0), regardless of the number numerator certainly Undefined (Undefined)
1 more wrong. 1 obtained when the numerator divided by the exact same number by the denominator (n / n = 1, y / y = 1).
Error E in the calculator means, means justify Undefined. Remember, the symbol 8 in the direction of 90 degrees.
It is like this:
The numerator is fine, but the denominator seems to be the crux of the matter.
If we take a number close to 0, say 0.1, and divide 1 by it, you get 10(1/0.1 = 1 ÷ 1/10 = 1 * 10/1 = 10). Let's get closer to zero, 1/0.0001 = 10000. So 1 /10^-10 = 10^10.
Therefore, the closer you get to zero, the bigger the number gets. That is why I believe that division by zero equals to infinity.

Undefined and unlimited, in my opinion, are different. Undefined has no solution, while unlimited is ∞.

Well, if it has multiple (infinite) values, wouldn't that mean that the value is not defined as there isn't a definitive value?
Yes, but from this does not logically follow that there is no difference between undefined and unlimited.

She means ∞ or undefined
According to her, both are same I guess, that's why she said Undefined or Unlimited.

you all are right fabulous
It is like this: The numerator is fine, but the denominator seems to be the crux of the matter.
In your case though, 0/0 = 0/infinity = 0.
Hope this is helpful.
