What is True Brilliance?

What is true brilliance.I dont think that its what the Brilliant provides.....Its actually creativity as creativity is at the core of intelligence as said by great genius like einstein and newton.i think the more emphasis should be given upon the concepts to know the universe...and natural world.....Otheriwise this type of brillance would make engineers not scientists and mathemaicians who write their names in history...
